Refund & Cancellation Policy

CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES (D1 CREDIT REPAIR)

D1 Credit Repair LLC provides ongoing, month-to-month credit improvement services.

Clients have the right to cancel services within three (3) business days of enrollment for a full refund, as required by federal law.

After the three-day cancellation period:

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered

Clients are only responsible for services that have been performed

Monthly billing will stop upon cancellation

No future charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed

D1 Credit Repair does not guarantee specific results, including credit score increases, account deletions, or approvals. Outcomes depend on creditors, credit bureaus, and each client’s individual credit profile.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS (D1 GLOBAL SOLUTIONS/D1 Credit Repair)

All digital products sold by D1 Global Solutions LLC/ D1 Credit Repair—including e-books, courses, toolkits, templates, masterclasses, and downloadable resources—are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of these products:

All sales are final once access is granted

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided

Access to digital content is considered delivery of the product


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All content, materials, and digital products provided by D1 Global Solutions LLC/ D1 Credit Repair are protected intellectual property.

Once a product is accessed, downloaded, streamed, or delivered, it cannot be returned. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing from D1 Global Solutions LLC or enrolling in D1 Credit Repair services, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues prior to initiating a dispute.

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and provide supporting documentation, including:

Proof of purchase

Signed agreements

IP address and access logs

Service activity records

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination and further action where applicable.


NO RESULTS-BASED REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds based on results or outcomes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Credit score changes

Account removals

Loan approvals

Financial outcomes

Results vary based on individual credit history, participation, and external factors outside of our control.


LIMITED EXCEPTION – DUPLICATE PURCHASES

The only exception to this policy applies to verified duplicate purchases.

A duplicate purchase is defined as:

The same customer being charged more than once for the same product or service due to a system error or accidental duplicate transaction

If verified:

Only the duplicate charge will be refunded

The original purchase remains non-refundable

All requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of D1 Global Solutions LLC.


NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS

No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

Failure to use services or products

Change of mind

Misunderstanding of services or offerings

Financial hardship

Partial usage or access


FRAUD & ABUSE POLICY

Any attempt to:

File false disputes

Abuse refund policies

Share, resell, or duplicate proprietary materials

May result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
